When you write to us we collect your name, email address and the message you send. We use this information only to reply to you.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and does not track individual users. We do not share data with third parties.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used exclusively to provide the requested service (newsletter, replying to messages). We do not carry out profiling or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain your email while you are an active subscriber. Contact form data is deleted after replying to your message, unless an ongoing business relationship exists.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@xap.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site uses HTTPS and our service providers (newsletter ESP) comply with GDPR.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this document. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email if you are a subscriber.
